nexas/nexas71 (depends where I am logged in at), Brettles.
Current Bike:
Kawasaki ZZR250 (Red Z)
Previous Bikes:
Kawasaki GPX-250
Best Bike you've owned:
2nd Bike Kawasaki ZZR250 (Not a lot to be able to compare things to)
Riding Since:
2003
Riding background: Learnt to ride at HART, got my L's with flying colours, then P's. No accidents or crashes, just a few near misses because the driver in those stupid tanks on wheels don't know how to use those reflective things called mirrors before coming across into me. Still I guess they feel they are safe in those hideous looking things that should be banned unless they have a heavy vehicle licence.
Favourite ride: Anything, I don't care, even if it's just to the shops and back.
Worst accident: I saw a motorcyclist speeding once in Perth (I swear I wasn't perving) as he took a sweeping bend not to far from me, then shortly after I heard an ambulance in pursuit. As I arrived I saw the same motorcyclist dead as he over shot the corner and broke his neck when he hit a bunch of trees.
Current car: Mustang convertible matchbox.
If you could have any bike, what would it be, and why: Yamaha Fazer 600 (FZ6), because it looks so sexy, has all the right lines and looks great from every angle. A bike that the designers actually finished before it was thrown into production.
What is your most prized and important possession: My health, and the love of those around me.
What item do you worship the most: The God of comfortable boots!
What is the best thing that has ever happened to you: I was born to a loving family.
What is the worst thing you have ever done: Smoked.
Best commercial: Any commercial, as they all allow me to either go to the loo, get another beer/wine/coffee.
Hottest actor: Ioan Gruffudd as be is a splitting image of my best friend in high school that I was secretly in love with.
If you were given $10,000 for plastic surgery what would you have done: Not very much as $10K would only really get you the first consultation!
If you could choose your parents who would they be and why: Wouldn't change anything, as I am only a product of my parents, which is then influenced by the world.
What do you wear to bed: An idea that tomorrow will be a better day!
When did you come out: When I was 23. I was in Perth, and my Mum was in Queensland. Her response was "You're kidding, have you seen a doctor?", to which I replied that it wasn't an illness that can have something prescribed as a cure. But I assured her if I started sneezing I would make an appointment right away.
Teenage crush/idol: Christopher Reeve.
What do you get out of the Melbourne Motorcycle Tourers bike club: A good laugh, fun rides, great friends and the task of putting together the monthly Newsletter (Chain Lube).
